I was first introduced to Bach Flower Remedies in 2021. I had experienced a series of deep emotional traumas, including the very unexpected loss and stillbirth of my 31-week old daughter. As a result of these traumas, I began seeking natural options for emotional healing, and I stumbled across Bach Flower Remedies. I immediately began trying them out on myself (with a healthy degree of skepticism, I might add) and was stunned by their rapid and dramatic effectiveness in helping me to begin dealing with my emotional traumas. As a result, I went on to become a Certified Bach Flower Specialist. My desire is to help others to begin to find healing as well through what the Creator has provided!

Dr. Bach, the man who discovered the Bach Flower Remedies, believed that all illness – including physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional illness – is rooted in unresolved, out-of-balance emotional issues.
